Shipping, returns, privacy and terms.

MyBundles.ie currently ships within Ireland only.

The Original Car Bundle Kit includes free shipping across Ireland while this offer is shown on the website.

Orders are manually packed after successful payment confirmation.

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time depends on the courier, address and busy periods, but most Irish deliveries are expected to arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Orders are planned to be shipped through An Post or another suitable Irish courier depending on parcel size and availability.

Customers should contact MyBundles.ie within 14 days of receiving their order if they want to request a return.

To request a return, email us with your order number, full name and reason for return.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and with the original packaging where possible.

Refunds are reviewed after the returned item has been received and checked.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Original delivery costs, return delivery costs or used/damaged items may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by MyBundles.ie.

If your item arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

MyBundles.ie collects only the information needed to process orders, answer contact messages and manage launch notification signups.

This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and payment status.

Card payment details are handled securely by Stripe. MyBundles.ie does not store full card details on the website.

Order, contact and launch signup information may be stored in Supabase so we can manage orders and customer support.

Email notifications may be sent through Resend and received through the MyBundles.ie business email account.

Customer information is used only for order processing, delivery, customer support, payment confirmation and store communication.

We do not sell customer personal information.

Product prices, bundle contents, availability and delivery information may change over time.

Orders are only confirmed after successful card payment through Stripe.

If payment is not completed, the order is not confirmed.

MyBundles.ie may cancel or refund an order if stock is unavailable, delivery is not possible, payment fails or there is an issue with the order details.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate contact and delivery information at checkout.

MyBundles.ie is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details, courier delays, weather disruption or events outside our control.
